I think Gleam And Glow is a good book for everyone because you learn about how hard for the people who had to go far away from there home and thay walked back to there and saw that there house was destrod

Both mentioned war and lessons learend was to always treat your parents with respect because you only have one life and your parents are trying to keep you safe and if you make a stupid choice its your fault because you didn't listen to them.

Gleam and Glow and The Wall was both had a war in there contery but dering Glem and Glow had a war going on in the story . The wall had a war years ago.

My text to text connection about Gleam and Glow vs. The Wall is that I think they both are about the appreciation of love and life, survival, and hope. The main characters in the wall are the dad and the boy. The setting was Washington D.C. and they went there to look at the wall of the soldiers that died in the war that the grandpa was on because he died in the war. The main characters in Gleam and Glow were the mom, the sister, the dad, the son and Gleam and Glow. The setting was all over the place because there was a war and they went away from home.
