In Re-Entry, our main focus with the students is to have them learn from their mistakes and therefore become more productive students and members of society. We do this through teachable moments throughout the day and while we are having our group activity. Objectives for these include, but are not limited to communicating well with others, working as a team, discovering self-worth, raising self-esteem, controlling our anger, good sportsmanship, establishing positive relationships and other real-life applications. Students are expected to participate in the above listed activities daily. Students are also expected to respect everyone (including themselves) and everything in the room. |
