Leave Reporting Procedures
CERTIFIED & OTHER CONTRACTED EMPLOYEES (even if you do not require a sub!):

All Leave: | - Employee reports absence into SubFinder AND HR Portal PRIOR to leave
- HR Portal absences will not be approved until the absence is entered into SubFinder (must be one (1) hour prior to the start of your day)
- Professional Development Leave requires additional paperwork
- Bereavement Leave requires documentation
- Jury Duty requires documentation
- Religious Leave requires documentation
- Notes must be in the Comments box or the leave will be denied

SUPPORT STAFF EMPLOYEES:
Employee: Log into ADP daily. All absences and time shortages should be input into ADP by supervisor by the end of the pay period. Supervisor should report to payroll when they are finished reviewing and approving time sheets.
