In order to master basic math facts, students will compete against themselves in Math Fact Olympics.  Everyone will start with the 5's and practice those facts with flash cards and math games both at school and at home.  They will take a weekly math test that focuses only on the number they are working on.   When they pass the test with a 90% or better, they are ready to move on to the next number.
