New technology will soon be headed into High Ridge Elementary thanks to Kleenex. The school's BoxTops coordinator, Sally Chisholm and Special Education Teacher, Kathy Schroeder entered the school into the Kleenex Brand in the Classroom sweepstakes. Participants were asked to visit and enter the sweepstakes by adding Kleenex brand tissue to their back-to-school lists. That log-in then entered them for a chance to win 250,000 eBoxTops for their school of choice. Those eBoxTops are the equivalent of $25,000.

So you can imagine the response of High Ridge Elementary Principal Jenny Baugh when she received word that her school was one of three picked at random to win the sweepstakes. Baugh said, "Winning this was outstanding.  I couldn't believe it when I saw the e-mail saying we were chosen out of hundreds of schools to win this amazing prize! The money will definitely be put to good use."

Baugh plans to use the money to buy new laptops and desktop computers for the classrooms. "Having new computers in our school is essential. It helps our students stay on top with the latest technology and we're so excited to have this opportunity."

In addition to receiving the $25,000, each school will receive boxes of Kleenex brand facial tissues and hand towels.

More than 7,300 schools entered. An elementary school in Indiana and Alabama were the other winners of this sweepstakes.
