Community is often defined as a social group of any size whose members reside in a specific locality, share government, and often have a common cultural and historical heritage.

The Northwest R-I School District is fortunate to have strong community support in many forms, including volunteer participation, partnerships and funding.  It is vital to the success of our children's education that the district and community work hand in hand.
