Grade-Level Assessments provide important information that contributes to decisions concerning individual students, groups of students, and educational programs. Assessments are given in the subject areas of Communication Arts (grade 3-8), Mathematics (grade 3-8) and Science (grades 5 and 8).
Your child’s 2015-2016 Individual Student Reports (IRS) will be distributed to you at parent teacher conferences in October. If you wish to receive your child’s report earlier, please contact your child’s principal.
The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) publishes a Guide to Interpreting Results (GIR) that provides details about the content of the Individual Student Reports. The GIR is available on the DESE website at: http://dese.mo.gov/college-career-readiness/assessment/grade-level
