Kindergarten Registration

for 2013-2014 School Year

Monday - Friday

9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Your Child must be 5 by August 1, 2013

Please bring your child’s Immunization Record, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, and 2 proofs of residency (like an electric bill, telephone bill, or gas bill).

The Northwest Summer Journey

 begins June 3 and will end July 3, 2013

 CSE will host Grades Pre-K-5

 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
