The Northwest R-I School District provides a high-quality public education to approximately 6,800 children through nine schools and one early childhood center.  The district has been designated as a high performing district.  Over the past couple of years, two elementary schools have been recognized as both a National Blue Ribbon and Missouri Gold Star schools.
